Only designated staff of Mikrof can use this web service.

Who can use this mobile application?

Mikrof Epassbook is a mobile application for accessing selective services provided by Mikrof (https://hem.mikrof.com/) web service. Account creation and permission are managed by Mikrof officials. Registering using the mobile application is not permitted and only individuals described below can use this application.

Field officers:

Only designated staff of the organization can use this application for automating their daily tasks.

Members:

People who registered at the Mikrof branch office by filling proper paperwork are members of Mikrof. Members can use this application beside a paper passbook. By using this mobile application members can review their different account status and transactions. However, use of this mobile application is not mandatory.

With whom the site shares the information it collects/tracks?

The information collected from any of our users is not shared with any individual or organization without the former's approval. Mikrof does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information at the individual level regarding its customers to any third party.

Field officers deactivating account:

Field officers are designated staff of the organization, The Mikrof Admin will manage account access for field officers.

Members Deactivating account:

Members can contact the Mikrof branch office over phone for temporary account deactivation. For permanent deactivation of membership you should physically visit a branch office. After fulfilling formalities your account will be deactivated.
